Participants are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and health insurance to cover any such risks, both for domestic and international trips. 2. Registration & Payment Policy By registering for a trip, participants commit to full payment of the trip fee. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in written form via email to info@studentevents.org no later than six (6) weeks before the scheduled start date of the trip. Registrations made within six (6) weeks of the trip, or cancellations after this deadline, remain fully liable for payment, regardless of participation or attendance. 3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability By participating in any Student Events e.V. event or trip, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical activity, travel, and participation. You agree to release, waive, and discharge Student Events e.V., its organizers, hosts, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, damages, or losses incurred during participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4. Media & Photography Notice By registering and purchasing a ticket for an event or trip, you consent to Student Events e.V. and its affiliated media/TV partners photographing, filming, or recording you, and to the use of such material across any media platforms, promotional channels, or future publications. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a team member, the camera crew, or the event/trip lead prior to the start of the event/trip.*
